TOPIC 3

This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website. The prices advertised on the website are the sales prices.

6. PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The type, quantity, color, selling price, and payment information of the products are as stated in the order summary. All prices include VAT.

7. DELIVERY

Ordered products will be shipped within the timeframe specified on the website, provided that this period does not exceed the legal limit of 30 days after payment confirmation.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 5 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, it is sufficient to notify the seller via email.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

9. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right to withdraw from or return products cannot be exercised for products that are prepared specifically for the customer or for products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

10. REFUND AMOUNT

If the return request is approved, the product price will be refunded to the buyer via the payment method they used, within a maximum of 10 business days.

11. COMPETENT COURT

In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.

12. EFFECTIVE DATE

By placing an order and making payment through the website, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
